Why is my brake pads and the size of my rear pas to carry on?

I have a 1999, 4cyl, Chrysler Cirrus and when I saw a sound friction, it replaces two rear caliper, rotors, and pads. The old passenger pads and pistons were shot. Two weeks after replacement, The same problem occurred exclusively on one side. With all other units working properly, what could be the case with this?

You are looking for a problem with one wheel. 1) - Parking brake: cable parking brake must be of a single cable that splits the rear wheels and it is easy to verify. The feeling of both. With the brake on freedom must not be loose in cables.
